Amazing work once more! :)
Using PCI-x motherboard you should get more or same using a V5 PCI-x than V5 AGP. - Oscar. |

Could I be blind but I don't see any difference between the two screenshots about the bios mod. Am I missing something?

Second column from left to right, second row from bottom to top. ::)
Forgot to mention the parts required to build the adapter: one PCI and one AGP riser ;D |

I strongly doubt that. So many hours of work go into building one that the price would have to reflect that. Would be talking of about 45 euro including shipping...

Komponent: thats great, becouse the competitor's converter costs above 200 euro. i think you can start selling it for 65 euro, then you will see if you will able to lower the time (price).

In keeping the good tradition of guiding how to replicate my work, here is the pinout I used to build the adapter:

Happy New Year!
Had a short time available to play with a fairly new motherboard ASRock > ALiveNF6G-VSTA: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=ALIVENF6G-VSTA The BIOS had to be hacked and I did it as quickly as I could, maybe I could have done it better, but it worked none the less. Voodoo4 PCI in PCI33 slot: Voodoo4 AGP plus AGP2PCIX in PCI33 slot: ASRock ALiveNF6G-VSTA 1,8Ghz CPU Win XP SFFT 1.9 |
