Problem with Dscaler and 3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI (Win

Tv card: 3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI
Windows: Windows XP Pro SP2
CPU : Intel Celeron 2,4Ghz

I install Drivers from here:
http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/download.html (5.3.8 Driver Installer (Binary)

Restart System

Then I install DScaler Version 4.1.8 From here http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net/downloads.htm

When I open DScaler Channels menu not work!
I cant search channels

Help me plese

helo Savo, here you can find the drivers you need for your 3dfx Voodoo TV FM card:

But WinXP could be your main problem in this case:

"The 3dfx VisualReality TV Software is known to experience Problems on some Systems, mostly under Win2k/XP.
The DScaler Software is a highly recommended Alternative in this case.
Many Versions exist, but above were found recommended & tested as suitable for common use.
Visit DScaler Project page for Details and support..." [FalconFly's important note]

So maybe trying these drivers instead:

when i install driver 3dfx VoodooTV V1.00.00b3 from http://www.falconfly.de/voodootv.htm i have problem, there is many models:

3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI OEM WDM Audio Capture
3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI OEM WDM Video Capture
3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI Retail WDM Audio Capture
3dfx VoodooTV FM PCI Retail WDM Video Capture

Can you tell me step by step how i most install drivers and programs, please

Though installing shouldn't be such a hassle really, maybe other members might know how to get it up and running

click settings,go to the mixer & source setup,check use system's mixer,and use cd player as mixer line,click apply,and sound should work (note that you must have the audio cables connected properly: the audio cable from the cd rom must go to the tv card and the audio cable from the tv card must go to your sound card)..

When I restart computer dscaler not work, channel menu not work (menu is grey colour, buttons not work ) and no picture,

ps47 cut you tell me step by step, how you install your voodoo tv fm on xp, what driver you use and how you install it and what programs to you use, if you have some screenshots it be nice

ok.I have a fresh install of xpsp2 (off topic: my disk had a fatal crash and all data was destroyed Grin

.why the happy face? I have finished backing up all my data 15 minutes before the crash Wink

.call it 6th sense if you want 8)),I have installed the btwincap driver,I did not change anything in the setup,all I did was picking my country,apart form that just click yes and continue to everything.

restart.download DScaler418,and install it.all you have to do is select voodootv/fm and let it install.run it and make sure you set it up as follows:

when you are done,go to channels/setup,uncheck mute and search for channels,it should work..

Now Dscaler work, but now sound

Sound is gone in all system!

I install soundcard driver and sound work, but not Dscaler, i do all settings what ps47 says, but sound in Dscaler not work Angry

I think i found problem, but i dont no how repair that

When i go Start->Settings->Control Panel- >System->Hardware->Device Manager (screenshot http://img419.imageshack.us/my.php?image=sd5vw.png )
and then Conexant s BtPCI WDm Audio Capture and open properties and there read that driver is not installed. I think this is a problem, byt how i fix it?

Did you Ps47 have same text in properties of Conexant s BtPCI WDm Audio Capture
