Voodoo3 3500 artifacts

Hello. I just got a V3 3500. Man! I really wanted this card.
But, after putting it on the pc, it shows a lot of artifacts, even in the setup screen, it shows one character and other not.
Does anyone have any clue about what's going on??
Maybe it's bad ram, is there any way to fix it?? In my coutry, Brazil is pretty difficult to find one of these and, most of the time they're very overpriced!!

I don't know how I can buy from ebay.

it varies from seller to seller.
the best thing is if you can get a Paypal account.  If you can verify and confirm your info with Paypal that would be even better.  www.paypal.com
