0 bidders should really not be allowed, all they do is bump up the price usually. If they win I guess that is fine, but only if they pay. (and contact the seller prior to bidding)

I know I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more for my V6K, which was BS because the listing said, no 0 bidders.

Yes we all have to start somewhere, but rules should be in place. That of course is in a perfect world, which we all know we do not live in.

ebayers need to start somewhere, collectors too. I started with 0 feedback too. If he pays via Paypal, I don't really see what the problem is. Sure even then you can get messed with etc, but well, it wouldn't worry me too much.

Registration to become a Forum Member isn't that difficult... And certainly alot cheaper than the current EBay transaction fee.

Whenever I was a seller of an interesting item, I also received requests from other forums - my answer always was : Register Account, bid, win. Easy as that.
Even if a permanent account wasn't desired - it can be deleted after the transaction is complete, no problems with that either.

No way he would have gotten that much on the forum though. eBay is always the way to go if you want to maximise the value of your auction. Yea ebay fees are a bit high now, but atleast the entry fee is peanuts.

Im just curious who the people are that won this at this price?
He had a 0 feedback?Maybe was just a new member just too win this?And ye its true..if he selled it on here he never selled it at this price....My max bid was 200 euro for each card you know and on 1 hand i was hoping not too win both items on the same time cos that costed me then 400 euro wich is a lot and holidays are coming in 2 weeks.So i expected really too win 1 !!!!!!But ok..maybe 1 day come true and i have a quantum 3 D obsidian....But on the other side im very happy cos i won the ID anthology Boxset in MINT condition.

the prices went crazy towards the last 35 seconds
and I really wonder who these 0 bidders are.
all i wanted was at least 1 track record for a peace of mind..

I know ebayers need to start from somewhere, and thats where I started too.. but my first item won... wasn;t something that cost 510 USD though Cheesy

Yes, all these funds are coming in at the time when I most need it
I had always told myself that I will never sell unless I am in such a situation. Nonetheless, gearing for better days ahead.

Im looking forward to the response on the V56K Rev 2600
thats probably the last valuable 3dfx Piece that i have left in my collection

In relevance, I have not received payment for the X-16 till now
Already filed a non paying buyer... which will take 4 days before I can probably get a credit on the final value fee..
