I called ebay customer service and they told me that revisions are being made to international visibility
soon they will start charging for every region you wish to advertise.. blood sucking machine..

nonetheless, its fixed that my visiblity is only viewable in UK, US and Canada

bidders from Germany or France will have to go to either 3 of these sites to bid..
or click the worldwide seller option for related items in order to view my auction...

totally BS....
