I have one, but the shippment cost would be too high for it :(
Do you need an original one ? A V2 SLI cable can be made from a FDD cable, you just need to twist some wires, schematics can be found here on FF.

I'd prefer an original one. Shipping inside EU should be like 2 EUR max, it's just a 'letter' ;)
