First of all HI , i'm new in the forum , The problem is this: i had installed win98 and everything was good with the drivers but  now i install win xp and i can't find the drivers i tryed with every single driver for xp (Even the drivers in this page)and non of them feets.The device is 3DFX VOODO 3 16M.If anybody can tell me what i have to do to solve it i would apreciate.thanks. :)

Although it's about a Voodoo5, this Thread is very nicely done and will work the same way for your Voodoo3.

i almost forget something important , is pluged in a pci slot.sorry.

That doesn't matter, the 3dfx Drivers work on both PCI and AGP variants in the same way.

i still can't do it. i follow the instructions with drivers you told me but it doesn't work.The message is:the software can`t be  installed becauese the necesary files can`t be founded.thanks. :'(

I'd start from scratch and download "driver cleaner" and uninstall any traces of 3dfx drivers.
