I was at the PC junkyard the other day and found a Voodoo 4500 AGP sitting under a pile of modems and I pulled it out and to my surprise it works, one thing I noted was it was a Rev. 3100 with Toshiba RAM, not the TC-6 card I had hoped for but oh well can't complain.

So that boosts my V4 count to two cards, one functional and the other semi-functional (ripped a pad off of a ferrite bead)
