I'm not too fimiliar with YABBC(?), I am mostly fimiliar with phbb2; but I have a question for the admins or anyone here that knows about Y here....

Is there any way in the system to say, make it send only one eMail about recieving a reply to a thread instead of recieving an eMail for each reply (I usually get my inbox flooded becuase of this)?

Also, with clicking on the links for the replies, I notice that it brings you to the first post of the thread, is there any way to change this to bring it to the post after yours (the update)?

I have seen this in numerous other forums, although they were all phbb2, so that Is why I'm asking....

Hm, I've actually never used the Notification feature of the Forum myself, so I guess these are simply limfacts of the currently installed Version.

I'm afraid you're better of turning that option off or limit it to only the Threads most important to you (to keep the EMail traffic minimized).

In the future, I'm planning to upgrade to YaBB 2.0, which may change this situation.

The problem is only a nucence, it's not something that I would disable my notifacations for, I just delete the multiple e-mails when I log into my inbox. I was just curious beucase I administer my own phbb2 forum (low hits like VERY low hits) and I frequent others alot, but I've never even heard of YABBC before  :)
