I don't think it's a Velocity 200 but a Compaq V3 1000. They share the same PCB, and if you have a Velocity 200 and you know it you don't advertise it this "small" since it's a prototype of which very few escaped the factory.

if you look closely at the posted picture, you can see the bios sticker says V3 1000 vx.xx, same as any Compaq V3 1000
