Right - it's a well known fact people...
IMAGESHACK SUCKS!!!
It EATS bandwidth - and most of the time the images don't even load...
...and unless you're using an AD-Blocker, forget about it!
This is a FORMAL request - if you are uploading images and adding them to your posts - PLEASE use PhotoBucket...
Thankyou for your time!

I actually prefer
http://www.imagehosting.com/
Sure it's powered by ImageShack, but it gives the links you want. (that dont hotlink to a stupid ad filled site)
Just uploaded the pic below to the site listed above, and copy and pasted the "Clickable Thumbnail for [ IMG ] Forums" portion. It just works, and is more than fast for me. (then again I am in the US)
I will never use Photobucket. (it's pure crap) It's like the MySpace of image hosting.. Lol
[/rant]
edit:
To add a full-sized image to this forum, just get the "Direct Image URL" and add:
Code:
[img] to the front of the URL, and [/img] to the rear of the URL.
Easy stuff.

I don't quite get why so many people rely on those inherently unreliable Image Hosting services.
Webspace doesn't cost much and bandwidth as gotten quite cheap.

You could even use Windows Live! Skydrive. 25Gig free storage.
Check it out.

Just thought I'd throw this up for people that may be interested. This gives me access to my own email account other then Yahoo, Hotmail or gmail, lets me host my own pics and gives me FTP access to some of the pc tools I need sometimes when I go to my parents house for instance.
Parcom.net has hosting for as little as 3.95 a month (billed every three months at 12$) for 3gig of space, 300gigs of bandwidth per month, 20 FTP user accounts and 1000 email accounts you can setup.
Domain names are 10$ a year.
prices comparison can be found here
http://www.parcom.net/services/shared_hosting/parcom_comparison_chart.htm
but it's cheap.
More or less an FYI for others though.
(By the way, I'm not advertising for them, I've just had really good luck with them and have been using them for about 4 years now)
Jand.
