Usually I wont bid on something unless Ill be able to pay in a few days. But, you told him to go ahead and sell it to the next highest bidder. So it shouldnt even have been a problem for the seller. He should have atleast let you know after you paid. If he had already sold it before you paid him, then he should just refund the money back at the very least.
Id start a dispute with the seller. All he has to do is refund the money if hes already sold the card.

Your best bet is to read up on ebay and Paypal's options for filing a dispute. There are certain time restrictions you need to be aware of so you don't get screwed. The help page on Paypal is fairly easy to navigate and get your answers.

PayPal-claims moeten binnen 45 dagen na de datum van betaling ingediend worden.
It says paypal claims most within 45 days after payment.
So i paid the 07/02/2010
Its just...i know he had too wait a certain time for his money...but after all i payed for it.Maybe hes doing this on purpose cos i letted him wait(but i told him)
Its just, when they not replying on my mails its a strange feeling..

Please note that you have up to 20 days from the date you filed a dispute to escalate it to a claim.
The tutorial looks good:
https://www.paypal.com/ca/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/CaseManagement/customerservice/...
"Open dispute right away"

As long as the seller responds to the dispute, there won't be any chargeback done, but such cases can last for weeks, which is a pain

Yes, switch off the flashlight
Just set the ambient light bright enough.

Yes, switch off the flashlight
Just set the ambient light bright enough.
...and as a plus, using a tripod to avoid image shacking
