Well ty Falconfly for your help getting the photo's up for me
This is my v5500 modded card, the front side is the same old thing but on the back i have put a non-conductive thermal pad to a aluminum riser which is then artic silver3 glued to the heatsinkfan combo, it thought this my help reduce the rear heat issue and let me get to 200.
Well in benchmarx 4.0 i ran at 201 n/p, but that test is so small, so i went to the 2001se test without a problem all the way to 195, and i was sure 200 would be n/p also but i was wrong, i started getting little light more and more as it went so i shut down.i have one more trick to try on this modded card but only if its the chips that are causing the problem, if its the memory im outta luck, so please if you know what cause the lights to appear let me know, ty ???

My V5 Mod has reached 198/198Mhz but I've had to remove one of the GPU heatsinks as the thermal epoxy was only making point contact.
Nice looking mod there though.
I've been using old PII/PIII SEC heatsinks sawn down to fit. With a loom consisting of two 12V 8000RPM fans.
Haven't really got any hard data yet. I'll put up some images in the future when it's back in one piece.
I'd thought about coolers for the rear, perhaps ceramics?

)
I must make water cooling on GPU,becose temperature with voltage mode is very high

As far as I know, raising the Voltage gives an edge, when the CPU/GPU/Mem is hitting its limits on standard Voltage.
Advantage :
A few % of gained MHz
Disadvantage :
- increased core Temperature
- decreased lifetime
- highly increased risk of destroying it because of electron migration (at a certain level of Overvoltage, this effect even takes place despite Nitrogen cooling, and cannot be controlled)
