Today i installed my Voodoo5 5500 AGP.. I wanted to play Enemy Territory, but it;'s acting very strange.. Everything is doing well except the text.. its very vain.. And can hurly read it.. :-X

I installed Amigamerlin 3.1 R1, because I use Win XP..

What could be wrong.. can it be that I did something wrong with installing the driver.. ???

Can somebody help me please.. :)

Yup, I think so.. Installed Mesafx 6.2...

How can I uninstal all the drivers.. I want to try it again but then with clean system 32 etc....

I think I did 2 much wrong.. :'(

Thnx Patience and Psycho47.. Now i can play ET again.. For the uninstalling of all the wrong drivers I used Drivercleaner 2 and it worked well.. Now I used minagerlin 2K-XP 30 with Mesafx 6.2.. :)

..I get it,you mean the link from voodoofiles.com-yes,the link is gone,and I think it will be the end of voodoofiles.the new administration wants to focus on new cards and stuff..I have tried to argue a bit,but it didnt help,the old 3dfx guys are all gone now just like my moderator status.nothing lasts forever I guess..

yes indeed,many valuable posts and links are lost,mainly 3dfx&mac related (I wanted to collect all that data and store it but I was not fast enough :'(),but most of the regular stuff (tweaks,special fixes) is in my head or on the new helppage and game guide I have managed to save (and I'm still working on it ;))..
and yes,I remember voodoophiles and every other thing andrew has done,and I will never forget that.personally,I think he has killed voodoofiles almost single-handed.in half january VF was working perfectly (10 000 3dfx related posts,skilled people around,50 guests present at any time,up to five new 3dfx related posts daily,etc)-and suddenly andrew returns and one month later the site doesnt even exist (not sure if forever,but it is not there right now).too bad..
