Today i received a new
Banshee : a
PACE 3D EDGE (by PMC Electronics Ltd)
Card and Package are really interesting :
- Version Agp
- 16 Mo Sgram EtronTech 8 ns
- Composite (Pal) Video with scart cable supplied and S-Video Out
The TV control panel allows you to :
* switch the tv output
* adjust the brightness and the colour
* modify the image size
* move the image
* stabilize the image
- Games :
* F22 - Total Air War
* Forsaken
* Battle Zone
* Wargasm
- Drivers for Win95, Win98 (1.01.02) and NT4 (1.01.02 RC4)
A Banshee rather amazing with its 2 outputs that you don't see "often" on the other Banshee's.
I would not surprized if the card can able to run faster the usual 100 mhz though this is a passive cooler and not a fan so warning with the fast machines.
What's missing ? a DVD player perhaps (like you can see with the Diamond).
Good user guide and a nice box (black with 3D Edge written on it) "Enjoy stunning 3D Games"
5 years guaranted and technical support "life time" ; well only a problem PMC is now out of business.

What do you think about your PACE 3D EDGE ?
Nice little card, mine was missing the Scart cable. The card will output NTSC if you use the 3dfx reference drivers.
