if its the same how retracted his bids on the 5000 PCI please ban him from your listings

I will remove all his bids and apply the ban.

I have no choice but to do as you said.. :-/
This user has a good rating on ebay, its a real waste to be black listed for very personal reasons.

I want to remain as neutral as possible

I would suggest reporting it to ebay, but I dont think they would do anything about it. I no I wont be bidding again because of it.

And fetch much lower prices on here. No, ebay is the way to go for him. As for the mystery bidder/retractor, I'm not going to comment on that, that's up to Ed.

There is always time to do so.
and he wont be sniping because he does not intend to win it anyway.

I'm not saying to run your auction on falconfly.de only. Like a lot of collectors, they run their auction on Falconfly and simultaneously on VoodooAlert.de, voodoo3dfx.com, etc...
The only issue is that you have more work doing updating on each site.

So I prefer to centralize the sale on ebay.com for now
Maybe when I have more items for sale, @ my next scheduled trip home in December, with more time.. I could coordinate within the forums

If I didn't tell him off, do you think he would have removed all his bids? I had a heart to heart talk with him.

and thats why it was removed. Otherwise, he would think its for my advantage too.
Nonetheless, none of his high bids did matter, cos it eventually hit 1580

Well in my dealings with him he has been more than fair and honest, it is shame that this is happening. By him exposing peoples autobids and then retracting them spoils the auctions especially as this is the second time this has happened. It may or may not affect the final price but spoils the thrill of bidding and is a little annoying.

Apparently eBay can suspend your account if you retract your bid too often, I don't think I've ever heard that happening to somebody I know.

On a lighter side, I saw rottentreats sold a sealed V5 5500 AGP card for what.. 220 USD? wow.

thats a real good profit margin!
