Voodoo 2 driver help

I have got voodoo 2 banshee PCI card. I tried to amtch it with your archive but couldn't get any match. It is sor of blusih green. Chip markigs are

D20988.00 CK
9905 20004
TAIWAN 1001

P/N : PCB83001

I dont know anything more except its has memory chips of  no.

500-0009-01 definitely identifies it as a Voodoo2 PixelFX (not a Banshee), so any Voodoo2 Driver should work, unless the Card doesn't run due to damage or compatibility reasons.
