I reckon you mean the Voodoo4/5 V1.03.00 / V1.04.00 Driver (?)

If you run the setup.exe, they should launch the 3dfx Installer, that completely takes over the Job.

Anyway, if something went wrong (and you have the 3dfx Tools installed), you can always use the separate Install/Setup.exe in the Driver Directory.
It will launch, and simply install the Driver, without any info's. After a reboot, the Driver should be up and running.

Another way of doing it, is of course the Manual Installation in the Device Manager. That should work just as fine.

If you're still having problems, please post exactly which Card you have, and exactly which Driver you installed (there are several V1.03 or V1.04 Drivers existing for various cards, reference and 3rd Party )
