I've put in the specs of my workstation / game-pc:

Dual opteron 4280 (16 cores)
32GB DDR3 1600Mhz
2 x 128GB Samsung 830 SSD @ JBOD
dual Radeon 6950 1GB
4 2TB WD green

I bought this rig because I am currently doing my MCITP Server 2008 enterprise admin course and needed to load loads of vm's at the same time, more then 10 at times, that don't go so well on a triplecore I had before with 4GB ram. Lol

As it is almost finished, I won't need that much cores anymorr for my day to day pc.

But I will not be downgrading, my current setup will replace my current server, a dell 2950 quadcore with 12GB fbdimm and 6 x 300GB sas drives.

So I will be building a new pc from scratch....sorry for the mistake
