Voodoo 3 3000 AGP TV-Out in DOS?

Hello, I'm trying to enable TV-Out under Windows 98 command line prompt. I hear that tv-out is enabled by default with some other old cards if your monitor is disconnected when booting. Is there a way to do this with Voodoo 3 AGP?

Voodoo3 3000 has TV Out enabled since booting, if you connect a TV it should display images since thte start, even before loading the operating system, so no configuration should be made to see TV Out in MS DOS.

It would be advisable to have the computer and the TV powered off before making the connection.

I unplugged my monitor from my PC and it works. So turning it off is not enough, I have to disconnect it.
Thanks for your help, RaverX!

And it would be nice if someone confirmed if it is not possible without disconnecting the monitor (it's not easy, for me.)
