The feature is "optional" as part of Windows Update. Grin

Also (and I've verified this myself) it only takes 5 minutes to eradicate this NAG ware from any machine. Grin

I'll not detail the procedure, but it involves deleting 8 files and one registry key. Roll Eyes

Or install the latest & greatest release of your favourite free unix-like os distro.
(and of course keep a box/partition with W98 on it for voodoos)

I won't post the solution because of the obvious fact that it promotes piracy. Roll Eyes

Saying that you can hack a piece of software and PROVIDING the hack are two very different things! Tongue

People know where to find these hacks (Google is your friend) -  and forum rules clearly state that there will be no links (or otherwise) to any illegal material (even though this particular hack can be argued to be a legal 'gray' area...) Roll Eyes

If the admin allows me to post the solution and has no argument against it...then I'll post. Wink

Until then I'll just let people find out themselves... Smiley
