I was clearing out all my old pc stuff the other day when I found my old voodoo 2 cards. Gave them a try with quake 2 and was pleasantly suprised with image quality. Could be the start of a retro rig :)

Just make sure the heating is not a problem. 110Mhz in a modern day system arouses my suspicion regarding heat problems

When I ran them I used a 12cm fan on full, kept them chilly. Found some more stuff as well :) Creative voodoo2 manual and a voodoo 3 3000 + driver disc (still sealed).

Value is at least 50 Euro's. I think if you wait a while* you might get 100+ in an auction. And I'd rather see it being sold in original state.

*Tweakstone has a big sale going on right now which ends September 5th. If you wait untill October you might have better selling prospects.
