My previous projects (
Listing all Voodoo's &
Overview of all Voodoo cards) have come to a halt.
Because these projects are quite large, it's easy to loose overview. And starting up again seems to be taking more time than starting over. So, I decided to start over and make some changes. Mostly to ensure that these projects won't come to a halt.
The first thing I will be releasing in the future is a new Voodoo list. It's similar to the list I made before but this time in Rich Text Format (.rtf) and one file per generation. This list will be released when all generations are at version 1.0 (All info I can find on the cards of that generation) after which it will be updated with your help.
The second thing that will come is a list of all companies that sold Voodoo cards. Again, this list will be released at version 1.0 after which it will be updated with your help.
The third and last thing is a list with only OEM cards (Original Equipment Manufacturer) meaning that cards from resellers such as A-MAX Technology, Colormaster, HIS and Yakumo will not be in that list. This is a rebuild of the current 'Overview of all Voodoo cards'. Most likely it won't change much from the current format.
I hope that once these projects have been released, they will give better, and hopefully more, information than the previous projects.
