Well, FalconFly, since some people find it funny that "Napalm still eludes you [insert a confusing smiley here]", I have to say -- after a quick glance in your collection -- that you have around 20 Napalm chips (spread over quite a few cards).

Some "collectors" around here know sh!t about their cards.

Hmm, since some people don't have a sense of humour and nowadays, just stick to making derogatory comments when they can, might as well just keep their traps buttoned! 8)

FalconFly has one of the most impressive collections out there, it would just be nice to see him also own one of the cards that manages to be so unavailable and rare to people who would treasure them so!

Don't you just hate it when people butt into a conversation they know nothing about and talk sh*t (as usual! Tongue

). Or are they still licking their wounds from the last trouncing they had in the war of words with me? Roll Eyes

If he also knows the popularity of you two, with the 3dfx community and this infamous forum Wink

Why was the internal hookup invented anyway? I thought that the adapters caused some v6000 kills.

The internal adapters were created due to the lack of external adapters! Grin

Seriously, the cards were rare and few, true. But the adapters more of a rarity.

Don't forget, the 6k was still in development. Boards were being manufactured and churned out quicker than adaptors, probably because the cards were simple to make. May have (but doubt it) some of the 6k cards were made on a production line.

/ me takes a look around in the House.

- 2 Rooms stuffed with Computers & Spare Parts...
- bedroom holds some obsolete Systems and a 19" Monitor
- Living Room holds entire 3dfx- and non-3dfx Card Collection (Voodoo Lounge)

...I think only the kitchen and the floor actually make a serious attempt at fooling visitors into believing that someone "normal" was living here Grin

So it probably wasn't meant to be *g*
