Does anyone have some spare Voodoo5 5500 European version accessories to part with?

I am looking for the following:

Quick Install manual

Up for trading considerations:
Voodoo5 5500 PCI - card w US Quick Install manual, warranty card and FCC info sheet
Miro HiScore - boxed - full retail
Miro HiScore2 - sealed
2x Gainward V2 style passive green heatsinks

I don't have a V2 1000 PCI US unsealed anymore. I sold it last month. However, I should be getting some V2 1000 PCI EU sealed boxes, hopefully soon.
I can pay for these items as well.

Thanks for your reply. I have worked out a deal for the V5 5500 AGP accessories I was looking for.

Unfortunately, I have already sold the V5 5500 PCI item on ebay.
