Creative Video Blaster ISA slot anything special?
20.03.13 at 22:04:03

Hey guys,

what I'v been wondering for a while, how can you tell a voodoo3 1000 and a velocity 200 apart??

they look identical to me, is there any way without booting a pc with it?

And before I forget to ask, is a Creative Video Blaster ISA slot anything special?
here's a picture of the box:

Only physical difference is a heatsink on the Velocity 200.

Otherwise, you're looking for speed and a disabled tmu.

V3 1000 = 125MHz with 2 TMU's
Vel. 200 = 143MHz with 1 TMU

If, I'm not mistaking.

I thought the velocity 100 had 1 tmu and the 200 had both tmu's enabled?!
