My Voodoo Card wont work!

I have just bought my Diamond Monster 2 3d VooDoo 2 card. When i put it in the PCI slot the computer wont load windows and nothing comes up on the screen, just blank. Thanks.

Yes i have tried this. I use a main Grafx card. Thanks.
