I have done some bechmarking of a lot of drivers in my voodoo3 2000. This benchmarks have been made in 3dmark 2001SE in Win98SE with dx9.0. In each driverset, I have used the best image quality settings, so in each driver, there are different options in the 3dfx tools, which more or less are the same. If one of the driversets had more options than usual, I configured them to gain the best quality avalaible so, maybe, the benchmark is a bit subjective.
UPDATE: My configuration in 3dMark is: 800x600x16; 16bit textures; NoAA; Triple buffer and 16bit z-buffer.
