The latest Voodoo3 Drivers are the V1.07.00 and V1.07.00beta...

Otherwise, you could as well try 3rd party Drivers (AmigaMerlin, x3dfx, NuDriver or TDHQ)

Hmm...

New Cards, that would suit the Performance of a P3 500...

In my Mind, that could be :

PoverVR Kyro II 64MB AGP
(but remember this Card is facing the same non-T&L Restrictions like the 3dfx Cards, so it will probably help you out only for a short time Roll Eyes )

ATI Radeon 8500LE 64MB AGP
(maybe even a bit overpowered for a P3 500, but it should be extremely cheap, and with 250/250MHz, a quantum leap from a Voodoo3. Both in Performance, and compatibility).

Actually the R8500 or R8500LE series is something I will have a look into, when the time comes to replace my remaining Voodoo3/Voodoo4 Cards in the secondary Systems.

Sure...

It is as well 'overpowered' for a P3 500, but it will allow you to play anything you like...

And it will do so even better, when upgrading your CPU, and adding some RAM Wink
(that will without doubt become your next bottleneck)

Concerning a System upgrade, a used AMD Athlon(XP) or Duron will be the best (and cheapest) Upgrade, if possible (this needs an ATX Case).

Investing in a new Slot1 CPU, or a similar via Adapter will be likely very costly, and offer a poor price/performance ratio (unless you're lucky and can make a good deal on it)...
