Well talk'n about this 200Mhz Voodoo5 6000 there is something fishy about it and here is what I have found out so far! ;)

Rather odd everyone

Iwillius's V6K has this as an extra:

while a Rev.A 3700 has nothing there:

a Rev.A3 3400 has 2 extra caps there

and a Rev.A 3900 the same as the Rev.A3 3400

as for a Rev.A2 2600 the area is a bit different:

and a Rev.A1 1500 is something more like the Rev.A2 2600 so also a difference...

So what type of Revision would this one be and what would it's PCB- Date be?

I have been wondering why it would have that extra, maybe for it's high speed or something or would it have a different voltage?

there is also another difference I have found on it also

look at the second circle I've added compare that part with the first thing I circled then it may have been made after the Rev.A 3700 and maybe after the Rev.A 3900 as well, it might also be a Rev.A3 of some sort.

So could tis be a new V6K Specimen?  Hopefully we shall find out very soon.
