Q2 is there any way for riseing the v core for the chip ,, by sotfware or hard mod
love to ask are there any 3dFx  tech here,  that could help me  for in Glide emulation  you able to rise the rez to 1600 X1200 so it is possable to   this rez  if you know any sotfware that edit bois for v2 i love to know of it,  or could some one , plz tell me were to get  any  24mb 200Sbi bois  thank you :)

a voodoo2 does not have a bios...
and i do not know if it possible for a single v2 to address 24mb of ram! a x-24 (e.g.) can do it coz of two chipsets on one pcb...

the only possibility of tweaking the v2 is to replace the 100mhz with 125+mhz ram-chips! but then you need a v2 chip that can clock up to 125mhz! tm30 has the highest clocked voodoo2 at this board...ask him...

and AFAIK there is no vmod around here...tm30 searched for it a few months ago (use the search button!!!)...

Overclocking of the chip is no problem; memory was the limiting factor. Just add good heatsink combined with AS ceramique + glue and a 6" fan over everything and you're done. It should hit 125Mhz effortlessly ;)

But re-soldering the memory is a different story...
