Ok, i know the tv tuner is a difference but besides that being they both have 5 ns ram, what else is different between the 2 cards, is one a known better o/cer?

3dfx 3500 does have 5,5NS in common. only a few boards of them have 5ns
my powercolors are bad Overclockers... :-[ |
