He is a chinese seller, and he has some 3dfx cards with extremely cheap prices. I purchased 2 cards, and they arrived without any problems via DHL.

I tried to get some of these cards but the seller isn't able to get international payments. He set up an international paypal-account but he isn't able to withdraw the money to his chinese paypal-account or a bank account. He stated that he had to have a visa-card from the USA or Hong Kong which he hasn't.

Gotta say I had positive experience with this method on 2deals in China. Anyway, if you are into it for more pieces... I might need one
