Hi,

I purchased a Voodoo 2 card off ebay the other week. It's a Creative 12MB model- CT6670.

I wanted to SLI this with another card, so I purchased another 12MB card which the vendor assured me was a Creative card too.

Having received it, I don't believe this is the case, as the card has no mention of Creative on the legend, and the model number is different.

The number on the card is thus-

DP481
22000

On the other side is a sticker that with the following number

DP481-91310-0499

The card appears to be a 12MB model (12 memory chips on either side)

Anyone know who made this card? If it won't work with my creative card then I'll seek a refund.

Hm, the Info is vague, but this seems to be a "Eontronics Voodoo2"...

In order to use it in SLI, you should simply test them...
If you encounter errors, the Mismatched SLI Driver should fix them...

Still, that doesn't look like a Creative Labs Voodoo.

I'm almost sure they also used to print their Logo and a Creative-specific Partnumber CT-xxxx on the PCB as well, easy to recognize.

Yep! My Creative card has the CT number printed on it.

Ho hum. Well the guy who sold me the other card promised a refund if it wasn't the right card.

I've seen another Creative Voodoo 2 card on Ebay, I may bid on that!
