It's a reseller, the original manufacturer is ProVideo (card is a PV830) and has 12MiB of memory.
PCB date is 9846 and the memory is EliteMT rated for 110MHz.
I'm only offering the card. No cables, manuals or other accessories.
Will ship worldwide and will check costs upon request.
