Got my (nonfunctional) AAlechemy, question. (Read 209 times)

I'm really wondering what this modification on the board is though. Green wire going from one resistor to two others. I was just wondering if these were never sold to companies, and were binned because they were either used for testing or problematic cards that they just gave up on. They look like they came out of the dumpster.
