I will try to get 256MB working on a 5500. This could be very hard work since there are only 4 memory spots per each VSA100 and not 8 like on a 4500 AGP. So there are two options: 1) try to wire additional 16MB memory modules -> lots of wires... 2) solder 32MB modules -> maybe problems with the strapping First of all I will try to get a defective Voodoo 4 4500 AGP to see how the memory circuits lead to the VSA100. |
