That card got common HY57V653220B RAM chip (every chip is 8MB each). So it is a "common" V4 4500 32MB PCI, but the guy states that card displays 64MB like V5, for this reason he guess error printing on chip. I would say that error printing is not possible.
I do not what think about that. There is a bit of confusion on that page. The guy say that RAM chip are HY57V653220B 9917A TC-56, while pics shown TC-60 RAM chip (6ns, not 5.6ns....ops! Hynix/Hyundai never produced 5.6ns but 5.4ns instead...).
Furthermore It seems there is a bit of confusion on memory size also; when he say:
