"driver not installed" is normal and ok.I dont get it why you have so many problems,maybe your xp install is getting screwed up? incorrect or outdated sound drivers can do lots of trouble as well..cant help you with fm,never tried it.I'm only using the card as secondary tv..

I would recommend a clean install of xpsp2 with updated drivers for everything,especially for motherboard and sound card.that would probably fix it..
