I had two X800 ATI cards go bad on me when I was beta testing Win Vista that ended up causing green and red pixels to start showing up all over the place, even in just the bios screen before Windows had even loaded and going into separate machines. <br /><br />I was stupid thinking that the first one was just a glitch and maybe the card had gone bad at just that particular time but nope, happened to the second one as well. In the past I've used the .OVL files from the 3dfx Voodoo1 V3.01.00 drivers which you can find <a href="http://falconfly.de/voodoo1.htm" target="_blank">here</a>. If they don't work, you can try other versions.
