It's ok, sometimes you can find them cheaper if you wait. The PCI cards tend to be in higher demand as they can be used as secondary adapters in modern systems.

If you are in no hurry, wait for a 4500 PCI. You get active cooling, 32 bit color support, good overclocking and 2x AA.

They show up on Ebay for $10-$20 if you catch an auction right.
