the Voodoo4 4500 PCI With TV-Out & DVI  has indeed a Voodoo4 4800 Bios but it's actually a Voodoo4 4500 PCI with a Voodoo4 4800 bios, it does not have 64MB like  the Voodoo4 4800 AGP with TV-Out & DVI.

the Voodoo4 4500 PCI With TV-Out & DVI also has 6ns SDRAM @ 166Mhz, so maybe it was flashed with a Voodoo4 4800 bios to test it with that bios, while it's actual bios is that of a Voodoo4 4500 PCI.

Maybe Gary has more onfo of this.
