The Archive just got boosted, now reaching a new total of
2250MB
in permissable size Grin

That should leave enough room for alot of expansion if needed...

Nice one, FF!  Cheesy

I'm wrestling with storage at the other end of the hardware spectrum at the moment.  I'm trying to build a PC out of old bits for a friend.  Can't get the secondary hard disk (450MB circa 1995) recognised by the BIOS and the primary disk is being low level formatted at this very moment (Windows won't install since it insists there's a "compressed volume" on a newly fdisked and formatted drive).

I think new hardware is better Grin

98lite with
629K
of free conventional memory in full DOS mode using QEMM 9.0 (or 628K with UMBPCI.SYS providing real mode for FastVid) with SmartDrive, CD-ROM, CuteMouse, sound support and UniRefresh all loaded high.

Hehe, some of my dedicated machines run off 120 to 300MB HardDisks Grin

So far, I found only the ECS K7S5A Motherboard to be unable to handle HD's smaller than 2.1GB, and the old Drives still work fine Smiley
