As far as I know, the TwinMOS DDR400 RAM @ rated 200Mhz should fine run at :

CL 2.0-2-2-1T Cmd, 4way Interleave...

(= shake & bake Timings Wink

)

I've ordered another 2x256MB of this RAM myself, and I expect it to require no increased Voltage to perform to the absolute maximum any Motherboard Chipset I bring it on can possibly offer.

About the exact Chip specs most suitable for you, I'm not sure, but usually TwinMOS Chips should run on TwinMOS PCB in an ideal Case.
It is possible that other Chips "on 3rd" (TwinMOS in this case) are either hand-selected, or specified for slower timings (targeted @ value market). You'd have to read the exact specs of the Modules in order to find out; I assume TwinMOS has those listed on their Homepage.

Posts: 317 Gender:	Re: ram firms Reply #8 - 14.01.04 at 14:27:47 i recommend buying an fsb200 barton, as fsb166 bartons are just unstable at those settings. even fsb200 were unstable at their first release, but these problems are done now. fsb166 bartons just did not reach the amd specifications for fsb200, so they're not useful for o/c.
