Title: Possible Pure3D on sale
Post by AzzKickr on 26.02.10 at 04:58:05
Hi guys,

I wonder what my boxed Canopus Pure3D 6MB with TV/out would go for on Ebay for instance ? We talk about the card, the driver CD, the cables and the box. The box is in good, but not superb condition.

I think it's pretty rare considering.

Reason is I need some money for a new machine I'm building soon and I'm a 3Dfx fan, but not much of a collector. And it's been laying around for years now in my closet and maybe someone else can enjoy having it more than I do.

Email me at kirsten dot geukens at hotmail dot com if pics are needed.

Hard to say. Canopus cards are attractive to collecters but prices are doing crazy things these days (two regular Voodoo2's selling for over 60 Dollars).

I just won an ebay auction for a Pure3D LX with box and accesories for just 81 Dollars. Normally these would go for well over 100 Dollars.

An image is attached now. Apparently something got mixed up as the box is of a more rare Pure3D LX version, whereas the card is the regular Pure3D with TV-out ...  :o

Anyone interested, email me. I've already mailed some serious collectors to see if someone's interested.

In the pic you see the Pure3D LX outer box. In reasonable condition.
The inner box is mint, as is the card, driver cd, manual, warranty card and pass-through cable.
