Also it'll ONLY work in a 'special' server mainboard... Roll Eyes

You'll have to ask @fish about the MB to use as he has a MERCURY in it's original case (although his MB was broken...hope he's replaced it now?) ???

I bet that UT would look SWEEEEET on this beast! 8)

1) NT4 discs are standing by =)

2) I don't see why it won't work in any BX board, the only thing really unique about the GX is dual CPU support. Only one way to find out and I have BX boards a-plenty.

3) I think his new board is in route now. Wink

4) I'll be stoked if I can get GLQuake running, it was well supported under NT.

The mercury was built specifically for all of those 'Army' type sims where they could test a simulated torpedo and all that SH!TE... Tongue

Although I'd admit that it WOULD be pretty cool if someone could get their hands on one of the 'Tank' sims that the army were running! 8)

The texture detail in these was LOUSY, but just think of the physics engine they'd use! Shocked

Wish we could see some photos of one of the simulators and what they looked like! Did you have to climb into a big ass tank and control the sim through some screen built to function with a tank, or did they just sit inside a dark box playing these sims on some of the most powerful 3dfx (joint Quantum3d) technology of it's time? Grin
