Hutzeputz is a member of a german 3dfx board, www.voodooalert.de
He won that auction right after yours.
He paid with paypal and got a receipt, the seller accepted the payment.
Hutzeputz was told the card is shipped with UPS ( or USPS, dont know exactly ) but he didnt get a tracking number.
After 3 weeks the card still wasnt here in germany, so he mailed several times and finally he filed a complaint on paypal. The result : The seller filed a complaint himself against Hutzeputz.
The last thing I read was that paypal agreed to transfer the money back in case the card is not delivered...
What I learned from this :
The seller is not worth trusting and can stick the cards somewhere where the sun wont shine...
