@ Gary are there more differences between the large 4 pinned Voodoo Volts and the 3dfx labled 4 Pinned Voodoo Volts than the air vent gills and thier sizes?

No, aside from the size and grills both have four pin connectors. The large one with no decal visible does have a decal on the back with a 3dfx part number.
