I was told by microsoft support to download and install new drivers needed to run Powerpoint in XP Professional.  I was told to download the file package dated Oct. 28, 1999.  When I download it, all I get is the text in a language that Word cannot convert and no drivers.  What am I doing wrong or will ME just not download the drivers.  Until I get the new drivers I cannot use Powerpoint XP.
HELP!!???
