Was looking through Maximum PC and seen the add for this, known about the card for a while now but don't know anyone that has it, just thought I'd ask what you guys thought.

Nice Concept, good reviews over all but worth the cash, especially if your on a lan and have a gigabit switch? Mainly for WAN games I'm guessing but....  

From what I have been reading a smoking pile of junk! The killer nic people have been seeding forums with people posting glowing reviews.

If you go to newegg.com and look up the killer nic a number of people have posted reviews which are then bashed by K.N. employees posting as newbie buyers.

Yeah, a 0815 Network card packed in "Kids will find this cool" Packaging, ships with buggy concept and priced beyond repair... Useless...

LOL ok, had to ask. Wasn't looking at buying it by any means just wanted opinions.  I think that'll due.   ;D
